Payment

"How can I pay the monthly rent ?"

Advance payment. We will ask you to pay monthly rent with Japanese yen by 25th of everymonth for the next month. PayPal with internet.

"How much will the rent be if we stay like from Jan.15(check in) to Feb. 20(check out) ?"

We count it as 1 month and 5 days.

EX.)
Jan. 15 to Feb. 14 = 1 month x monthly Rate
Feb. 15 to Feb. 19 = 5days/30days x monthly Rate

"What kind of utility do I have to pay in addition to the room rate ?"

It is Oil/Gas/Electricity/Water in JR Apartment. Tatsumi rent includes utilities basically.

"How much will the monthly utility cost per unit in JR Apartment ?"

It is hard to say how much will it be though, it will be from 20,000yen to 35,000yen per month.

"How do I pay the utility of our own unit ?"

We caliculate the utility by dates you stay in a month per person.

Equipment in the rooms

fridge/microwave/washing mashine/TV/bed or Futon sets/dishes/heater etc.

Circumstances

"How can I go to Ski area from JR Apartment / Tatsumi? "

There is a bus from Kutchan Station to Hirafu Ski area starting on Dec.1 till End of Mar.

It takes 10-15 min.(1km) walk to the bus stop from JR Apartment. The nearest bus stop is Kutchan Jyujigai along Route 5.

It takes 5 min. walk to the bus stop from Tatsumi sharehouse.

There is also a night Shuttle Bus for free between Hirafu/Kutchan station. Then you can come back to Kutchan late at night. (Night walk from "Takiguchi Sports"(bus stop) takes 10 min. or taxi from Kutchan Station(final destination) to JR Apartment, which costs you about 600yen to JR Apartment.

You can use the bus through service period(Dec.1 to Mar.31) by getting the bus tickets at some places.

Taxi costs you about 2,600JPY to Hirafu ski area from Kutchan in daytime. Night time will be 20% higher.

"Are there restaurants in Kutchan Town ?"

There are bars and restaurants area near Kutchan railway station. Our JR Apartment is located about 10 min. walk from that area.
Tatsumi sharehouse is located in that area.

However that area is not so big, there are chinese, Japanese, Italian restaurants and bunch of Japanese karaoke bars and some good bars.

"Are there any convenience stores around JR Apartment ?"

Yes. 3 to 5 min. walk to stores. They sell food/Liquors/snacks and so on.
Tatsumi sharehouse is also located 5 min. walk away from Seven Eleven

"Any bank or post office in Kutchan ? "

Yes. There is a bank and post office on the way to JR Apartment from Kutchan station.
